Do I have to sign a service contract?
No. The only documentation we need to activate your account is an account application with verifiable information. You can use our services at any time, provided your account payments remain current. If you no longer require our service, you can stop using it at any time with no obligation.


What is the cost ?

Just 5p a minute.


Is there a limit to how many participants I can have on my conference call?
No. There are no restrictions on the number of participants.


Is there a limit to the number of calls or the duration of my calls?
No. There are absolutely no restrictions to your call limit or duration time.


Do I need special equipment to access the service?

No you do not need any special equipment. Any participant can dial in to the conference call using a normal land line or mobile phone. Once you dial into the conferencing bridge using the number provided, you enter your PIN code and our technology connects you with all of your participants.


Do you offer recording on conference calls?
Yes, we provide call recording as an additional cost. All recordings will be sent to the email address you have provided during the set up process.


Can I track information on specific calls?

Yes, we offer a call data reports package as an additional cost, this will give you access to information such as the date & time of conference calls, the length of each conference call and the phone number of each conference delegate.


How do I record a conference call?

Conference calls are automatically recorded if you subscribe to this option. You do not need to do anything to activate the recording of calls.


Does the dial in number and my PIN change?
The number and PIN stay the same throughout the term of service with net:telecom. Your unique PIN is issued to you when you register and confirmed in an email to you.


What should I do if I am disconnected from a conference call?
If you are disconnected from the call, redial the dial-in number and enter the PIN and you will be re-connected.
